You retain ownership of content you create (photos, bio text, messages). By posting content on SEEZR, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. We do not proactively monitor all user content but will act on reports and automated detection.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Zůstáváte vlastníkem obsahu, který vytvoříte (fotografie, text bio, zprávy). SEEZR employs a unique blind-dating approach where user profile photos are initially hidden. Matches are based on personality compatibility rather than physical appearance. Photos are progressively revealed as users build genuine connections through conversation and mutual engagement.

SEEZR provides tools for users to report violations of these Terms. You may report a user for any behavior listed in Section 6 (Prohibited Conduct) or for any other behavior that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We investigate each report and may take the following actions depending on the severity of the violation:

Submitting false or malicious reports to harm another user is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in action against the reporting user’s account.

Podávání falešných nebo zlomyslných nahlášení za účelem poškození jiného uživatele je samo o sobě porušením těchto Podmínek a může vést k opatřením vůči účtu hlásícího uživatele.

SEEZR provides tools for proposing and confirming real-life dates, including venue suggestions based on location. These tools are provided for convenience only.
Place suggestions are provided based on general location data. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, availability, or suitability of any suggested venue. Venue data may be sourced from third-party providers and may not always be current.
Confirming a date and failing to appear (“no-show”) is a violation of community guidelines. Repeated no-shows may lead to warnings, temporary account suspension, or permanent ban.

We may change subscription prices from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the App, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback without obligation to you.
If you believe content on SEEZR infringes your copyright, notify us at support@seezr.app with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the owner or authorized agent.

V MAXIMÁLNÍM ROZSAHU POVOLENÉM ZÁKONEM NENESOU SEEZR, JEHO PROVOZOVATEL ANI PARTNEŘI ODPOVĚDNOST ZA:
Celková souhrnná odpovědnost vůči vám nepřesáhne vyšší z částek: (a) částky zaplacené SEEZR za posledních 12 měsíců, nebo (b) 100 €.
Výše uvedená omezení se nevztahují na odpovědnost, kterou nelze podle zákona vyloučit, odpovědnost za smrt nebo újmu na zdraví způsobenou nedbalostí, a podvod.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including: Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and General Provisions.
If your account is terminated by us, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing support@seezr.app. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will respond within 30 days.
Můžete svůj účet kdykoli zrušit prostřednictvím funkce „Smazat účet“ v Aplikaci nebo zasláním žádosti na support@seezr.app.
Po smazání účtu je váš profil okamžitě skryt, osobní údaje jsou smazány dle Zásad ochrany osobních údajů, Hearts propadají a předplatné je třeba zrušit zvlášť v App Store / Google Play.
Můžeme váš účet okamžitě pozastavit nebo zrušit v případě porušení Podmínek, nahlášení škodlivého chování, žádosti soudu nebo kompromitace účtu.
Po ukončení zanikají všechny licence udělené těmito Podmínkami. Ustanovení, která mají ze své povahy přežít ukončení, zůstávají v platnosti.
Odvolání je možné do 30 dnů na support@seezr.app.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the Czech Republic shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the consumer protection provisions below.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU/EEA, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of those mandatory provisions. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at support@seezr.app. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days. Only if this informal process fails may either party proceed with formal legal action.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings. This waiver does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
Tyto Podmínky se řídí právem České republiky. Soudy České republiky mají výhradní příslušnost, s výhradou níže uvedených ustanovení o ochraně spotřebitele.
Představujete-li spotřebitele s obvyklým bydlištěm v EU/EHP, máte prospěch z kogentních ustanovení práva vaší země. Můžete podat žalobu u soudů vaší země.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.
SEEZR shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, power outages, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SEEZR regarding the App. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by SEEZR.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We may send notices to you via in-app notification, email (to the address associated with your account), or push notification. You may send notices to us at support@seezr.app.
These Terms are provided in English, Czech, and German. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail.
Je-li jakékoli ustanovení shledáno neplatným, zbývající ustanovení zůstávají plně v platnosti.
SEEZR neodpovídá za neplnění způsobené okolnostmi mimo naši rozumnou kontrolu (přírodní katastrofy, války, pandemie, výpadky služeb třetích stran atd.).
Tyto Podmínky spolu se Zásadami ochrany osobních údajů tvoří úplnou dohodu mezi vámi a SEEZR.
Neuplatnění jakéhokoli práva nepředstavuje vzdání se tohoto práva.
Bez našeho písemného souhlasu nemůžete postoupit svá práva z těchto Podmínek.
Oznámení vám zasíláme prostřednictvím aplikace, e-mailu nebo push notifikací. Vy nám můžete psát na support@seezr.app.
V případě rozporů mezi jazykovými verzemi má přednost anglická verze.
Sollte eine Bestimmung unwirksam sein, bleiben die übrigen Bestimmungen wirksam.
SEEZR haftet nicht für Verzögerungen durch höhere Gewalt (Naturkatastrophen, Kriege, Pandemien, Drittanbieterausfälle usw.).
Diese Bedingungen und die Datenschutzerklärung bilden die gesamte Vereinbarung.
Die Nichtausübung eines Rechts stellt keinen Verzicht dar.
Ohne unsere schriftliche Zustimmung dürfen Sie Ihre Rechte nicht abtreten.
